Is Gitano a party club?
No — their own line is “this is not a pool party.” Expect a stylish, relaxed day with music that sets the mood rather than dominating it, building to a beautiful sunset session.
Which days have live music?
DJs play from 1pm Thursday through Sunday, with live performances as the sun sets.
What's the food like?
A fresh coastal kitchen — ceviches, tacos, grilled seafood and crisp salads, paired with their famous mezcal cocktails.
Sunbed or beach bed?
Couples usually take a double bed (3,000 MXN for two, about $160); solo travelers or pairs happy to lounge separately take sunbeds at 1,400 MXN each (about $75) — half of either is credited to food and drinks.
