How does pre-stocking work?
Choose your packages and how many people each is for, tell us your villa and arrival date, and reserve online — your card is only held, not charged. We source from trusted local, often-organic providers and stock the fridge and kitchen before you land, and you're charged only once we confirm.
Is there a minimum?
Each package is for a minimum of 4 people, and we need at least 24 hours' notice so we can shop. For sooner, message our concierge and we'll do our best.
Can I mix packages?
Yes — stack as many as you like, each for its own number of people. For example Family Essentials for 4 plus Gourmet Grazing for 6, all in one order.
Can I customize or request specific brands?
Absolutely. Beyond the set packages we build fully bespoke stock-ups — tell us your dietary needs, brands and quantities and we price it at cost plus a small shopping fee.
