What It Is

Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Unlike most peptides in this category it has been through full clinical development: it is FDA-approved under the name Egrifta for reducing excess abdominal (visceral) fat in a specific patient population. Outside that indication it is used off-label in the wellness world for body composition and growth-hormone support.

It works upstream, prompting your own pituitary to release growth hormone in its natural pulses, rather than adding GH directly. It sits in the same family as CJC-1295 — guests who want the most-studied option in the class usually choose Tesamorelin. Offered here in a wellness context after clinician screening; it is not approved for these uses.

Who It’s For

Is this you?

Guests typically come to Tesamorelin seeking:

  • Stubborn visceral (deep abdominal) fat despite training and diet
  • Body-composition goals alongside a GLP-1 or metabolic program
  • Wanting growth-hormone support with the most clinical evidence behind it
  • Recovery and sleep quality as a secondary goal

Why SEVA

Verified, delivered, taught if you want it

Every vial ships with a Certificate of Analysis you can check against the lab’s own database — identity, content and purity by HPLC and mass spectrometry — and your dosing page carries the batch number that matches the label. Buy the vial alone if you know what you’re doing; add the kit if you want a clinician to teach the first dose. These are investigational peptides, not FDA-approved, offered in a wellness context after individual screening.

Good to Know

Questions, Answered

What is Tesamorelin?

A GHRH analogue that prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone. It is FDA-approved as Egrifta for a specific indication (HIV-associated visceral fat) and used off-label in wellness for body composition and GH support. Here it is offered in a wellness context after clinician screening.

How is it different from CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin?

Same family as CJC-1295 (both GHRH analogues) but with a full clinical development history and approval behind it. The Sleep & Recovery blend adds Ipamorelin for a stronger night-time pulse; Tesamorelin is the single-molecule, most-studied choice.

How do I dose it?

10 mg reconstituted with 2 mL bac water gives 5 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 20 units. Typical use is 1–2 mg at night, five days a week. Two vials cover a month at 1 mg.

Can I just buy the vial?

Yes. Vials-only is $110 per 10 mg vial with Tulum delivery ($15, free over $250). Add the Start & Continue kit for $85 per order for bac water, syringes, a dosing page and a taught first dose.
