Good to Know

Questions, Answered

What's the show schedule at Ilios?
The dining room becomes a celebration Wednesday through Sunday — fire performers around 9pm, plate-smashing around 10pm, with a live DJ through the night. Earlier in the week it's a calmer, candlelit Greek dinner.
Is there a minimum spend or deposit?
Tables of up to 11 carry no deposit — you simply order off the menu. Groups of 12 or more leave roughly $50 per person, fully credited to your bill, and group set-menus or open-bar packages take a 50% deposit. We confirm exact terms before you commit.
What's the dress code?
Elegant resort wear — linen, flowing dresses, dressy sandals. No swimwear, athletic wear or beach attire; you're coming straight off the sand into a dinner that turns into a party.
When should we book?
Ilios fills early on show nights and the best tables go first, so book several days ahead — more for large groups or special occasions. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before, and we can arrange your chauffeur there and back.
