Questions, Answered

What's included in a yacht charter?
Every charter includes the full crew (captain, deckhand, hostess), fuel, taxes and snorkeling gear. Lite and Original add a private chef and open bar; Essentials includes fresh fruit, ceviche, guacamole and a national open bar.
Are there any costs beyond the charter price?
Two: a $20-per-person dock fee and a 10% maintenance & service fee, both payable before boarding for all passengers. Extra guests beyond those included and extra hours are priced per yacht — see the rate tables above.
Where do we depart from, and how do we get there?
Charters depart from Puerto Aventuras marina, about 35 minutes from Tulum. We can arrange your private round-trip transfer with our own chauffeur service.
What should we bring?
Swimwear, towels, reef-safe sunscreen and sunglasses. Food, drinks, water toys and snorkeling equipment are onboard. Barefoot or soft-soled shoes on deck.
Can children join the charter?
Yes — charters are private, so the boat is yours. Children under 5 sail free, and the crew provides life vests. Calm-water routes are available for families.
What happens if the weather turns?
If the port captain closes the marina or conditions are unsafe, your charter is rescheduled — and we'll help you rearrange the rest of your day.
